SHOW INFO

How do I find out what cities are on a performer's tour?
To find out if an artist will be playing in Canada, the TICKETPRO NETWORK Web site (www.ticketpro.ca) will most probably have the information you seek. If not, you can also find lots of useful information on Pollstar (www.pollstar.com), Admission network (www.admission.com) and Ticketmaster Canada (www.ticketmaster.ca).

How do I verify a concert rumour?
The best person to answer your questions is the one behind the ticket window. However, you should know that until a producer sends a press release to the various media, concert venues are unable to give out any information.

How can I know the duration of a show?
We often receive this information a couple of days before the event or the same day. The day of the show, you can call the venue's box office and the employee will be please to answer your question.

How do I find out the date when concert tickets will go on sale?
Show dates are announced in the media. The dates when tickets will go on sale are announced at the same time. Ticket sellers don’t have privileged information in this regard. They learn the ticket sale dates at the same time the media does.

Are cameras allowed in your venues?
All cameras are forbidden

To go to the balcony, are there elevators in the concert halls?
